  You won't find another agency that cares more about their customers! :) ** I would also like to add that yes, I do work here. That's why I have used my name and not an alias of some other sort so that people know it's not fake. My name is everywhere, on my business cards, listed on the Jenna Wirth State Farm website as well as our Facebook page and multiple other places I'm sure. I'm very proud of my agency and all that we do for our customers. Why wouldn't I comment how much I care for everyone that we have? I have worked beside Jenna and now for Jenna for what will be 10 years total, as of this coming November. My boss has the biggest heart and rather or not she's in the office (which by the way, she is 90% of the time) she's only out the other 10% for her lunch or due to appointments outside of the office - despite that, she is on call 24/7, her personal cell phone # is given to each and every customer in case of emergency or general contact after hours. So in conclusion, I don't find it a bit unprofessional to say that I love my job, and I love my customers!** :)

  Be extremely careful of your money here. There was a problem with my account where I was charged 5 overdrafts in one day. One of the overdraft I really understand, but the rest they could have gave me a break. When All of the purchases except for one were a couple of days before the overdraft. The day of the overdraft I took out $200, this one is my fault. What really gets to me is all of my other one were would have been covered, but what they do is pay the highest one first. When they did this the $200 went over my limit just a little bit and then I get hit with the other ones. I would have gave them 1 stars but the guy gave me a refund for two of them. Be careful with First National Bank they are really tight with their money. They will take what they can. This is not right. I couldn't find the one on Vermilion street near the mall. This comment is for that location. Maybe that's the reason why they are not up here.

  The houses they rent, are one step from being condemned. Slime bag slum lords, charge a high rate for rent, and deliver very poor service and housing. Avoid at all cost.
